How VegasNow sources and checks every page
This policy explains where the facts on our Australian site come from, how we decide a page needs updating and what to do if you find a mistake. It covers the content only; your account is governed by the casino's own terms on vegasnow.com.

Our editorial policy in brief
| Question | Our practice |
|---|---|
| Who writes the pages | Samuel Thomas, iGaming writer for VegasNow Australia |
| What we publish | Explanations of our games, offers, payments and account rules |
| Where facts come from | Our published terms, the AU cashier and promotion pages, the Curaçao licence certificate and game providers |
| Examples | Labelled as examples, arithmetic shown, stakes kept within the A$8 bonus limit |
| Updates | Dated, and made when the substance of a page changes |
| Corrections | Email support@vegasnow.com with "Content correction" in the subject |
| Audience | Adults 18+ only |
Matching each claim to the right VegasNow source
Different facts have different owners. We quote each one from the document that actually controls it, rather than from wherever it happens to be repeated.
| Type of claim | Source we rely on |
|---|---|
| Licence holder, number, status, approved domains | The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate at cert.cga.cw |
| Match percentages, wagering, caps, expiry | The offer screen plus our general bonus terms dated 26 February 2024 |
| Own-name payment methods, 3× deposit turnover | Terms and Conditions version 2.3, dated 20 January 2024 |
| Deposit and withdrawal limits | The AU cashier tables, method by method |
| Game features, RTP, volatility | The provider's information for that exact edition |
| Bet types, sports offer, settlement | The Sportsbook Rules and sports promotions page |
Comparison sites, forums and "bonus code" lists are not sources for our terms. And when a published document and the screen inside your account differ, the account version is the one that applies to you.
How we present facts, examples and warnings
- Examples look like examples. They are labelled, the sums are shown in full and nothing in them describes a real customer.
- Limits travel with headlines. If we mention a match amount, the wagering, the 7-day window and the cash-out cap are close by.
- Scope and date are stated. A figure from the AU cashier is described as such, with the date it was checked.
- Missing means missing. If a source does not publish something, we say so instead of estimating it. PayID, POLi and Neosurf appear only to note that they are not in our AU cashier.
- Other people's numbers are attributed. A marketing figure from a partner is credited to that partner.
- The official domain is named. Real-money play happens on vegasnow.com; other sites using the name are not treated as ours.
Ratings, testimonials and first-person stories are left out: none can be traced to a document.
When a VegasNow page gets updated
Each page carries a published date and a last-updated date. The second moves only when something that matters to a reader changes. When a term shifts, the work follows four steps:
Confirm the change
Check the new wording in the source itself.
Find every mention
Rewrite each affected passage, including tables, examples and answers.
Rerun the sums
Any worked example built on the old figure is recalculated from scratch.
Change the date
Only then does the update date move forward.
A new update date does not make an older rule new. Where a condition still comes from a 2024 document, that document's date stays beside the explanation.
Reporting a mistake to VegasNow
Corrections go to support@vegasnow.com. Put "Content correction" in the subject, then give us three things: the page address, the passage you are querying and the source that shows the right version. Never send a password or security code.
We check the claim against that source. If the page is wrong, it is fixed and re-dated; if it was accurate but hard to follow, we rewrite it more clearly. Account questions about balances, verification or withdrawals are a separate matter, handled by support through live chat or the same address.
Images, game art and author details on VegasNow pages
Game artwork on our pages identifies a title from the lobby. It is not a picture of a result and does not confirm a game is open to your account today. Screenshots of a screen show that screen on the day it was captured, nothing more. The author profile tells you who wrote a page and what their role is.
VegasNow editorial policy: questions and answers
What happens if a page and my account show different terms?
Follow the terms in your account, because they apply to you. Then let us know at support@vegasnow.com so the page can be corrected.
Why does an old date appear next to some rules?
Because the rule still comes from that document. Our bonus terms, for example, are dated 26 February 2024, and showing the date tells you which version is being explained.
Are the examples on your pages real player results?
No. They are illustrations built from published figures, with the arithmetic shown, so you can see how a rule works before you deposit.
Can I suggest a topic rather than a correction?
Yes. Email the same address and tell us which question the site left unanswered.
