VegasNow VIP: loyalty levels, the Loyalty Store and Sin City

Every real-money bet at VegasNow adds to two point balances: redeemable points, which you spend in the Loyalty Store, and status points, which decide which of seven Las Vegas-themed levels you sit on. Sin City, our VIP lounge, runs beside the levels and works by selection. This page covers the earning rates, the published thresholds and store rows, the 40× wagering on exchanged bonuses and how lounge members are chosen.

VegasNow VIP and loyalty at a glance

Here is the whole programme on one screen. The figures are drawn from three of our own documents: the loyalty programme page, the Sin City lounge page and the general bonus terms.

What you want to knowThe short answer
Where you beginGolden Glimmer I, the opening tier for every account (adults 18+ only)
PokiesOne redeemable and one status point per A$25 staked with real money
RouletteA point per A$100 staked
Blackjack and baccaratA point per A$250 staked
LevelsSeven, each named after a Las Vegas venue, with I, II and III steps on several
Loyalty StoreSmallest swap is 200 points for A$5; rates rise with your level
Store bonuses40× wagering, a seven-day limit, A$8 per bet at most
Sin City VIP LoungeA separate track; members are chosen rather than promoted by points

One principle runs through all of it: points track how much you stake, not whether you win. Two A$400 sessions earn identical points whether one finishes up and the other finishes down.

Redeemable points and status points do different jobs

Real-money play feeds two balances. Think of redeemable points as a wallet: you spend them in the Loyalty Store, and the wallet shrinks by whatever you swap. Status points behave more like an odometer. They keep accumulating as you play, and the reading decides your level, which in turn decides how many dollars of bonus each redeemable point buys.

Pokies feed both balances at the same speed, one point of each per A$25. Our programme page states a single per-point figure for the table games, A$100 on roulette and A$250 on blackjack or baccarat, and the level thresholds are reached at those slower rates as well.

The gap between games is large. Dollar for dollar, a pokie earns at four times the roulette pace and ten times the card-table pace, so a player who splits time evenly will find most of the points came from the reels.

One thing points are not is a bonus counter. They are tallied on real-money wagers, so the requirement on an active bonus and your points total are separate numbers that happen to move on some of the same bets.

VegasNow earning rates by game, with worked sessions

Below, the published rates meet four amounts of real-money play. All four divide evenly by A$500, so no point is rounded.

Real money stakedPokiesRouletteBlackjack or baccarat
A$2,00080208
A$3,5001403514
A$6,5002606526
A$12,00048012048

At session size: A$175 on Book of Ra earns 7 points, A$600 on Lightning Roulette earns 6, and A$750 at a live blackjack table earns 3.

A mixed week

Picture a week with A$700 on pokies, A$400 on roulette and A$500 on blackjack. The points come to 28, 4 and 2, a total of 34. The pokies took 44% of the money and produced 82% of the points. Six weeks at that rhythm reach 204 points, just over the 200 needed for the smallest store exchange. Swap the roulette and blackjack money onto pokies and the same A$1,600 would earn 64 points, almost twice as many.

Game shows are missing from the published rates. Our programme page covers slots, roulette, blackjack and baccarat only, so for Crazy Time and similar titles rely on the figure in your own account rather than assuming the pokie rate.

VegasNow loyalty levels and published thresholds

The ladder has seven named levels, and several carry I, II and III steps. Our programme page publishes the marks in the table. The intermediate tiers above Golden Glimmer III are visible inside your account, and we have not filled them in by guesswork.

LevelStatus points neededPokie play to get thereRoulette play to get there
Golden Glimmer IWhere every account beginsNilNil
Golden Glimmer II600A$15,000A$60,000
Golden Glimmer III2,000A$50,000A$200,000
Gondola Grand I500,000A$12,500,000A$50,000,000
Julius Palace III3,000,000A$75,000,000A$300,000,000
Bella Vista5,000,000A$125,000,000A$500,000,000

The money columns tell the real story. Golden Glimmer II and III are within reach of a regular pokie player over months. Gondola Grand I takes A$12.5 million of pokie turnover and Bella Vista ten times as much, sums that almost nobody approaches, and we would rather say so than let a grand name imply otherwise. One more name, Parisian Palace Las Vegas, appears in the store table; it is a mid-ladder level, above the Golden Glimmer steps and below Bella Vista.

At the 34-point week above, Golden Glimmer II arrives in week 18 (612 points) and Golden Glimmer III in week 59 (2,006 points), so more than a year of steady play. On blackjack alone, the first of those would take A$150,000 of stakes.

The VegasNow Loyalty Store: published exchange rows

The Loyalty Store converts redeemable points into bonus funds. Nothing smaller than 200 points can be swapped, and each point is worth more the higher you climb. Our programme page lists four rows, set out here from the weakest rate to the strongest.

RowPoints spentBonus receivedCents per pointPoints per A$1 of bonus
Golden Glimmer, one lot200A$52.540
Parisian Palace Las Vegas750A$20about 2.737.5
Golden Glimmer, 2,000 held2,000A$603about 33.3
Bella Vista100,000A$5,000520

Spend now or hold out for 2,000?

At Golden Glimmer, eight lots of 200 bring A$40 for 1,600 points, and ten lots bring A$50 for 2,000. Keeping the full 2,000 for one swap returns A$60, which is A$10 more. What you pay for that extra A$10 is time (2,000 points is A$50,000 of pokie play) and a larger single requirement: A$2,400 inside one seven-day window instead of A$200 per lot. Either choice is reasonable; match it to how much you actually play in a week.

Among the published rows, the held Golden Glimmer swap gives a better rate per point than the 750-point Parisian Palace Las Vegas row, 3 cents against about 2.7. Bella Vista doubles the entry rate to 5 cents, which is what "better rates higher up" looks like in dollars.

What the store returns per A$100 you wager

Value per point is only half the picture. Multiply it by the earning rate and you get what the store hands back for each A$100 of real-money play, before any wagering on the exchanged bonus.

GamePoints per A$100At 2.5 cents (Golden Glimmer)At 5 cents (Bella Vista)
Pokies410 cents (0.1%)20 cents (0.2%)
Roulette12.5 cents (0.025%)5 cents (0.05%)
Blackjack or baccarat0.41 cent (0.01%)2 cents (0.02%)

So at the entry rate, A$1,000 of pokie spins buys back about A$1 of bonus funds, and that A$1 then needs A$40 of wagering before it becomes withdrawable. A single A$450 pokie session earns 18 points, worth 45 cents of bonus at Golden Glimmer. This is the honest scale of any loyalty scheme: a small rebate on turnover, not a source of income. It is worth collecting on play you were doing anyway, and not worth chasing.

40× wagering on VegasNow store bonuses

Points buy bonus money, not cash. The general bonus terms (the version dated 26 February 2024) apply in full: 40× wagering, seven days to complete it, no bet above A$8, the usual weighting by game, and no second bonus alongside.

ExchangeBonusRequirement at 40×Bets at A$8, minimumRoulette stakes (25% weighting)
200 pointsA$5A$20025A$800
750 pointsA$20A$800100A$3,200
2,000 pointsA$60A$2,400300A$9,600
100,000 pointsA$5,000A$200,00025,000A$800,000

On blackjack or a game show the weighting drops to 10%, which turns the A$5 lot's A$200 into A$2,000 of stakes; baccarat is weighted at 0% and will never clear a store bonus. Size the swap to the week ahead: if A$2,400 of qualifying play in seven days is more than you normally do, A$5 lots taken one after another use the same points with far less pressure. Our weekly promotions page shows how a store bonus and the reload calendar can share a month.

Before you swap points: a four-step check

Look for a live bonus

If a welcome stage, a weekly reload or an earlier store bonus is still active, finish it, let it run out or decline it first. One-at-a-time covers every offer type.

Check your level's rate

Your level sets the price. At Golden Glimmer, 200 points buys A$5, and if your balance is close to 2,000, holding on for the A$60 row may suit you better.

Size it to your week

Multiply the bonus by 40 and divide by seven. A A$20 swap means A$800, about A$114 a day; a A$60 swap means A$2,400, about A$343 a day.

Choose where to play it

Pokies count in full, subject to the exception list; roulette counts a quarter, card tables and game shows a tenth, baccarat nothing. Keep each bet at A$8 or less.

If any step gives a doubtful answer, leave the points where they are. A redeemable balance waiting in the store costs you nothing, while a bonus that expires half-cleared has used up the points for no benefit.

Sin City: the VegasNow VIP lounge

Think of Sin City as a separate track. It is not a level, there is no points price on the door, and members are invited. What the lounge page does publish is a list of benefits.

Table and cash-out headroom

Betting limits set above a standard account's, and, in the lounge page's own words, larger and faster withdrawals.

A named contact

Your own VIP account manager, with a VIP team on hand around the clock, every day of the week.

Recognition

Rewards when you hit milestones or win tournaments, and gifts picked for you personally.

Members-only play

Tournaments and promotions open only to VIPs, plus invitations to VIP events.

Withdrawals draw the most questions, so precision matters here. For a standard AU account, Inpay, PayAnyBank and bank wire run from A$300 to A$6,000, and MiFinity from A$30 to A$4,000. Our general terms leave room for a VIP account to have its own withdrawal and daily limits, set at our discretion, but they attach no number to that, so neither do we. KYC, the own-name rule for payment methods and 3× turnover on each deposit stay in force for members, and big withdrawals can still arrive in instalments. Standard ranges by method are on our withdrawals page.

How VegasNow selects Sin City members

Our VIP Lounge page names what it looks for: dedication and regular activity. It also invites players to get in touch about access. No points figure sends an invitation automatically, and climbing to a particular level is not a ticket in. The levels are a formula; Sin City is a decision about the account as a whole.

Interested? Tell us. Contact our support team while signed in, which is the route the lounge page gives, and they can let you know whether the account is being looked at and what comes next. A few basics make that conversation simpler:

  • Identity checks are finished and your details are up to date.
  • Every card, wallet and crypto account you use is registered to you.
  • Your play is steady across months rather than one big burst; consistency is what regular means here.
  • Any deposit limit you have set stays put. VIP status does not lift it.

VIP offers sit under the same general terms as every other bonus: 40× wagering, a week to finish, A$8 per bet and nothing stacked, unless a particular offer states different terms.

Loyalty levels and Sin City side by side

The two systems are easy to blur together. This comparison keeps them apart.

The practical upshot: let the levels take care of themselves while you play as you normally would, and treat Sin City as a conversation rather than a target.

Common VegasNow loyalty mistakes

  • Treating baccarat as a bonus game because it earns points. It earns a point per A$250, the same as blackjack, yet counts for nothing toward bonus wagering.
  • Assuming game shows earn like pokies. No game-show rate is published; check your account before playing Crazy Time with points in mind.
  • Swapping points with a bonus already running. Finish or decline the active one first.
  • Reading a level name as a promise. A new level improves your store rate. It does not open Sin City.
  • Swapping in a busy week. A store bonus still half-cleared when its seven days end has used your points for nothing. Exchange when you have the time to play it through.
  • Topping up to cross a threshold. Nearly reaching a level is never a reason to deposit or stake more.
  • Trusting a "VIP code". We publish no VIP or loyalty codes. Our promo codes page lists the ones that do exist.

Keeping VegasNow points in proportion

Points measure what you have staked, never what you have won or kept. This page's own numbers make that clear: a A$5 bonus at the entry rate sits behind A$5,000 of pokie play, and Golden Glimmer II behind A$15,000. Points should be a by-product of play you had already planned, never a reason to stay on longer.

Accounts are for over-18s only. Inside your VegasNow account you can set deposit limits or self-exclude, and both tools work the same at Golden Glimmer I as in Sin City. BetStop is Australia's register for excluding yourself from Australian-licensed wagering providers; for our casino, use the self-exclusion option in your account. VegasNow VIP and loyalty: questions and answers

What earns VegasNow loyalty points?

Real-money bets. Every A$25 on pokies gives you one redeemable and one status point. Roulette pays a point for every A$100, while blackjack and baccarat pay one for every A$250.

What is the difference between redeemable and status points?

You spend redeemable points in the Loyalty Store. Status points simply accumulate and set your level, and the level sets the rate the store gives you.

How many points do I need for my first store bonus?

200 points buys a A$5 bonus at Golden Glimmer. On pokies that is A$5,000 of real-money wagering; on roulette, A$20,000.

Is a Loyalty Store bonus withdrawable cash?

No. It carries 40× wagering, seven days to finish and an A$8 maximum bet. A A$20 swap from 750 points at Parisian Palace Las Vegas, for example, needs A$800 of qualifying play.

Which VegasNow loyalty levels are published?

Everyone starts on Golden Glimmer I. 600 status points moves you to Golden Glimmer II and 2,000 to Golden Glimmer III. The higher published marks are 500,000 for Gondola Grand I, 3 million for Julius Palace III and 5 million for Bella Vista. Parisian Palace Las Vegas also appears in the store rows.

Can I apply for Sin City?

You can ask. Support takes requests about access, and members are picked for dedication and regular activity. No points mark is published, and no level gets you in on its own.

Are withdrawal limits different in Sin City?

They can be. Our general terms let us set separate withdrawal or daily limits for a VIP account, without naming a figure. KYC and the 3× deposit turnover rule stay in force.

Does Crazy Time earn loyalty points?

The published table has no game-show rate, so check the figure your account shows before relying on one. For bonus wagering, game shows count at 10%.
