Is VegasNow legit? The evidence, and how to check it
Asking whether VegasNow is legit is sensible, and we would rather you settle it with documents than with our say-so. This page lines up each claim we make with the record behind it: the Curaçao licence, the company that holds it, the account and bonus terms, the AUD cashier tables, and the signs that a page using our name is not us.

VegasNow legitimacy evidence at a glance
Anyone can call a casino legitimate. What matters is whether each claim leads to a document you can open. The table pairs our main claims with the place to confirm them.

| Account rules | Terms version 2.3, published 20 January 2024 | The terms page on vegasnow.com |
| Bonus rules | Bonus conditions published 26 February 2024 | The bonus terms page |

One point first. vegas-now-casinos-aussie.com is our Australian guide site. It holds no accounts, takes no money and is not on the licence's domain list. Registration, deposits, games and withdrawals all happen on vegasnow.com, so that is the address every check below should end on.
The operator, the regulator and the VegasNow brand
VegasNow launched in 2024. The company running it is Just Entertainment B.V., incorporated in Curaçao with register number 160603, and its permission comes from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which you may also see called the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The permission was issued on 13 August 2024; its reference is OGL/2024/164/0246, and the certificate showed it as Active when this page was written in November 2026.
Why does the company name matter so much? Because it is the one detail a copycat cannot borrow. A lookalike can lift our logo, our colours and our offer wording in an afternoon, yet it cannot make the regulator's register show its own domain under our holder. The same name appears in our terms, and it is the party any formal complaint is about.
The licence also reaches beyond the casino lobby. The sportsbook on vegasnow.com trades under that same reference, so one account, one set of limits and one self-exclusion cover both. Our terms add a few ground rules of their own: an account holder must be an adult acting on their own behalf, the details given at sign-up must be accurate, use is allowed only where permitted, and each person may hold one account unless VegasNow expressly says otherwise. Our licensing page sets out every field on the certificate.
How to confirm the VegasNow licence on the CGA certificate
No account is needed and the whole check takes a few minutes. Do it before a first deposit, and again whenever our name reaches you through an advert, message or search result you were not expecting.
Load the certificate directly
Open the token 246 entry rather than clicking a badge on some other page. Badges are images and can be pasted anywhere.
Compare the licence reference
It should read OGL/2024/164/0246 exactly. A single wrong digit is a different licence entirely.
Compare the holder and its standing
The holder should be Just Entertainment B.V. and the standing Active. The regulator decides that status, not the casino.
Compare the domain you are on
vegasnow.com should appear among the approved domains. If the page asking for your card uses another address, stop there.
Be clear about the scope of what you have just confirmed. The certificate shows that a regulator has granted permission to a named company, and that company's published rules are what you can point to if something goes wrong. It says nothing about whether a spin will land, whether bonus credit counts as cash, or whether a payout can bypass identity checks. Nor is it an Australian licence: it comes from Curaçao, which is why BetStop does not extend to a VegasNow account. The remaining sections deal with the terms, because that is where those other answers sit.
Verification and the own-name rule at VegasNow
The sign-up form collects your login details along with your country, your chosen currency and your birth date. Proving who you are comes later, as a separate stage, and the usual moment is just before a first withdrawal. A document request at that point is simply the procedure set out in our terms; it does not mean anything has gone wrong. You may be asked for photo ID, an image of the card you paid with, or a recent document showing where you live. Send them through the upload area of your VegasNow account and nowhere else, and never in reply to a message you did not expect.
Two rules in the account terms (version 2.3) are worth knowing before you fund an account:
- Your name on every method. Every card, wallet or other payment route must belong to the person named on the account. A partner's or parent's card causes trouble you are better off avoiding from the very first payment.
- Three times through the deposit. Each deposit has to be played through three times before the money linked to it can be cashed out. A request made sooner may be turned down, or a processing fee charged.
Both rules protect whoever owns the account. Funds can only travel to a method carrying your name, and where possible a payout goes back along the route that paid in. The turnover rule keeps an account from being used as a pass-through for money. Our registration guide covers what to gather before you start.
What the VegasNow cashier tables publish for AUD accounts
A legitimate operator shows its limits before you pay. These ranges come from our AU tables. Figures are AUD; the crypto rows are in the coin itself.
| Route | Paying in | Taking out |
|---|---|---|
| Card (Visa, Mastercard) | A$30 to A$10,000 | Not listed for withdrawals |
| Cashtocode voucher | A$25 to A$400 (the table's introduction says A$30) | Not listed for withdrawals |
| MiFinity wallet | A$30 to A$4,000 | A$30 to A$4,000 |
| Bank transfer (Inpay, PayAnyBank, wire) | Not listed for deposits | A$300 to A$6,000 |
| Bitcoin | 0.0001 BTC minimum, no stated maximum | 0.0002 to 0.12 BTC |
| Tether (USDT) | 5 USDT minimum, no stated maximum | 20 to 4,000 USDT |
| PayID, POLi, Neosurf | Not offered in the AU cashier | Not offered |
Account-level caps sit above those ranges: a daily ceiling of A$6,000, a weekly one of A$12,000 and A$42,000 across a calendar month, all counted in UTC. Big withdrawals can be split into instalments. You request a payout in My Account after your documents have cleared.
Read the fee labels carefully. Each row is marked “Free”, which means we cover our own deposit costs; a payment provider can still add its own charge, and on withdrawals any provider fee is yours to pay. We quote no measured payout time on this page, and a page that quotes one in our name deserves suspicion. Full detail is on the payments and withdrawals pages.
Worked example: an A$160 card deposit, from cashier to cash-out
Rules read more clearly when a single amount moves through them. Take an adult in Brisbane who deposits A$160 by Visa, in her own name, and declines the welcome offer so that only account rules apply.
- Deposit. A$160 sits comfortably inside the A$30 to A$10,000 card range.
- Turnover. Three times the deposit is 3 × A$160 = A$480 of wagering before related funds can come out.
- Balance. Say she finishes with A$265. Bank transfers start at A$300, leaving her A$35 below that floor, and the payout table has no card row.
- Route. MiFinity accepts A$30 to A$4,000, so A$265 fits there, as would a crypto route above its coin minimum, such as 20 USDT. Since payouts follow the funding method where they can, she checks with support how a card-funded account gets paid, ideally before depositing at all.
- Verification. She expects an identity check before this first payout and keeps the upload acknowledgement.
The VegasNow offer conditions, printed beside the offer
Our welcome package is spread over four deposits and adds up to A$8,000 plus 500 free spins at most. Deposit one earns a 150% match capped at A$1,500 plus 200 spins, with no code. Deposit two, using VEGAS2, earns 100% capped at A$2,000 plus 50 spins. Deposit three, using VEGAS3, earns 50% capped at A$2,000 plus 50 spins. Deposit four, using VEGAS4, earns 25% capped at A$2,500 plus 200 spins.
A trustworthy offer shows its conditions next to the headline. Ours: an A$20 minimum per offer, though the payment method's own minimum can be higher; bonus funds and free-spin winnings each need 40× wagering; your deposit is played once before spins unlock; a 7-day window; bets capped at A$8 while wagering; one active bonus at a time; an A$5,000 cash-out cap per offer; an A$300 cap on welcome spin winnings; and use in the casino and live casino only. You can turn any bonus down.
Here is how one stage plays out. A second deposit of A$110 with VEGAS2 attracts a 100% match, so A$110 in bonus funds. Forty times that is A$4,400 of qualifying wagering inside 7 days, which at the A$8 ceiling means at least 550 bets. How quickly each game counts depends on its contribution rate:
| Game type | Contribution | Stakes needed to clear A$4,400 |
|---|---|---|
| Slots (exceptions apply) | 100% | A$4,400 |
| Roulette | 25% | A$17,600 |
| Blackjack | 10% | A$44,000 |
| Game shows | 10% | A$44,000 |
| Baccarat | 0% | Cannot clear it |
The caps matter at the other end too. If a bonus run were to finish at A$5,640, the most that offer could pay out is A$5,000, and if 200 welcome spins returned A$410, only A$300 of it would count. A page quoting our package with another multiplier, no deadline or a code for deposit one is describing someone else. Each stage is worked through on our welcome bonus page.
Limits and self-exclusion: the VegasNow safety controls
Only people aged 18 or older may open an account. From your account settings you can cap deposits or exclude yourself, and both work best when set early, before a session rather than after one. A caveat sits in section 8.4 of the account terms: a deposit limit does not reach crypto deposits. If you pay in coins, ask support how a limit can be made to cover the way you actually fund play.
If play is harming you or a person you care about, ring Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858; the service is free, confidential and open around the clock. GambleAware NSW is a further option. BetStop is the national self-exclusion register for wagering providers holding Australian licences; it does not extend to VegasNow, which is why our own self-exclusion, or a request to support, is the route here. The responsible gambling page explains each step.
Watch how any site treats these tools. If they are hard to find, or an offer appears while you are capping your spending, take that as information about the operator.
Lookalike pages: how the real VegasNow differs
Some pages reuse our name, copy the four-stage layout or show pictures of our lobby, and then hand visitors to another casino at the first click. They are not ours, and their promises are not ones we keep. These are the signs that give them away:
| What the page shows | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pressing “Play” opens a casino with a different name | A redirect. Every one of our buttons ends on vegasnow.com, with our name on each screen. |
| One giant first-deposit match, or a spin total other than 500 | Not our package, which spreads up to A$8,000 over four stages. |
| A promo code demanded at deposit one, or a hidden code promising extra | Stage one is code-free. VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 are the only stage codes we publish. |
| Credit with no deposit, labelled as ours | VegasNow advertises no such bonus, and code lists claiming one cannot be traced to us. |
| An app store link or APK download | No verified store app exists. VegasNow opens in your phone's browser, and you can pin it to your Home Screen. |
| PayID, POLi or Neosurf at the cashier | None of them is in our AU deposit table. |
| A reference other than OGL/2024/164/0246, or no reference | You are on a page we do not run, or one concealing whose licence it relies on. |
Spot a redirect halfway through? Pay nothing. Shut the tab, key in vegasnow.com by hand, and use the sign-up or sign-in screens there. Money already sent through another brand is held by that brand. We have no record of it, so the dispute has to go to them.
Five misreadings that lead players astray
- Trusting a seal. A badge proves nothing until it leads to the regulator's token 246 page.
- Confusing the guide with the casino. This site explains VegasNow; only vegasnow.com takes deposits and appears on the certificate.
- Reading the headline as the likely bonus. A$8,000 is a ceiling. Reaching every cap needs deposits of A$1,000, A$2,000, A$4,000 and A$10,000, which is A$17,000 in total.
- Treating a document request as a red flag. Verification before a first withdrawal is in the published process.
- Assuming the bonus can go on sport. Casino welcome funds stay in the casino and live casino; the sportsbook has its own offer.
Each of those mistakes starts from a summary rather than the source. Going back to the certificate, the terms or the cashier table settles all five.
How VegasNow handles complaints, according to its terms
A legitimate operator tells you where a dispute goes. Ours goes first to customer support, by live chat or support@vegasnow.com, and the terms describe an internal review from there. They do not promise any particular result, compensation or reply time, and we will not claim otherwise here.
A few habits make a complaint easier to resolve. Keep one thread and one case reference rather than opening fresh tickets. State the dates, the amounts and the transaction references, and say plainly what outcome you are asking for. If you need to cite the licence, give the holder, Just Entertainment B.V., the reference OGL/2024/164/0246 and the domain vegasnow.com together, along with the date of any terms you rely on. Before turning to any outside body, read what that body actually handles. Our support page has message outlines for common problems.
Questions to ask VegasNow support before a first deposit
Some answers depend on your own account, so ask before money moves rather than after. Five questions cover most of it:
- Which withdrawal route will apply if I fund the account by card?
- If I set a deposit limit, does it cover every method I plan to use, crypto included?
- Which documents will verification need, and where do I upload them?
- Does this pokie count at 100% toward wagering, or is it one of the exceptions?
- If I would rather play without a bonus, how do I decline the stage offer?
Save each reply. A written answer from support is worth more than any summary, ours included.
A pre-deposit checklist for VegasNow
- Licence: the token 246 certificate names Just Entertainment B.V., shows OGL/2024/164/0246 as Active and lists vegasnow.com.
- Address: the page taking your money is on vegasnow.com.
- Offer: up to A$8,000 and 500 spins across four deposits; stage codes run from VEGAS2 to VEGAS4; bonus funds need 40× play inside a week with no bet above A$8.
- Payments: the method carries your name, each deposit is played through three times, and identity is checked before a first payout.
- Ranges: cards A$30 to A$10,000 in, bank routes A$300 to A$6,000 out, MiFinity A$30 to A$4,000 each way.
- Exit: a deposit limit and self-exclusion both sit in your account settings, and Gambling Help Online answers on 1800 858 858.
If any item fails, do not deposit; write to support@vegasnow.com first.
If you plan to stay, the loyalty figures pass the same test. There are seven levels. Slots earn a point for every A$25 of real-money play, roulette needs A$100 per point, and blackjack and baccarat need A$250, while the Loyalty Store opens its exchanges at 200 points for A$5. Tuesday's Lucky 7s Load Up pays 77% up to A$77 and can be repeated; Friday Night Spotlight adds 40 free spins on the featured game for each Friday deposit that qualifies. Both follow the general bonus terms. Every figure traces back to our own pages, which is the real test of an offer. See VegasNow VIP and loyalty.
Is VegasNow legit: questions and answers
Does VegasNow actually hold a licence?
Yes. The Curaçao Gaming Authority issued Just Entertainment B.V. its permission on 13 August 2024, under reference OGL/2024/164/0246. The certificate at cert.cga.cw lets you confirm the holder, the status and the approved domain yourself.
Is vegas-now-casinos-aussie.com the casino?
No. This site explains VegasNow for Australians, and the approved-domain list does not include it. Sign-up, balances and every game run on vegasnow.com.
Is it normal to be asked for documents before cashing out?
Yes. Our terms treat joining and identity checks as two stages, and the check is commonly requested before a first payout. It is part of the published procedure, not a judgement on you.
Can a family member's card fund my account?
No. Every payment route must belong to the account holder, and payouts return along the funding route where possible. Start with a method in your own name.
Can I get VegasNow credit without depositing?
We advertise no no-deposit offer. Our welcome spins come with deposits, and codes elsewhere that claim otherwise cannot be traced to us.
Is there a VegasNow app in the stores?
No verified store app exists. VegasNow opens in your phone's browser, Safari or Chrome, and adding it to the Home Screen gives you an icon and a full-screen view. Ignore any APK offered in our name.
A page with the VegasNow name sent me to another casino. What now?
Pay nothing there. Close it, type vegasnow.com yourself and use our own sign-up or sign-in screens. Any money already sent to the other brand is with them, so their customer care is the place to raise it.
Does a “Free” label in the cashier mean no fees at all?
It means we cover our own deposit costs. A payment provider may charge its own fee, and on withdrawals any provider fee is paid by you.
