Using the information on this site
We write each page from our published documents and date it, but offers, limits and game line-ups change. A page does not commit us to any specific offer, cashier method or title being open to your account today, so check the offer screen or cashier inside your account before you act on a figure.

Age, location and the VegasNow licence
Nobody under 18 may open an account or play. Before you sign up, it is also your responsibility to confirm that you are allowed to hold an account and gamble from the place you live.
Our operator is Just Entertainment B.V. (company 160603). Its licence comes from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, number OGL/2024/164/0246, in force since 13 August 2024. The certificate page names the holder and shows the current status and approved domains; our licensing page explains each field in plain terms.
Which VegasNow document applies when two differ?
Occasionally an explanation here and a casino document will not line up, for example straight after an offer changes. Read them in this order:

- The documents published on vegasnow.com: the account terms (General Terms and Conditions v2.3, from 20 January 2024), the bonus terms dated 26 February 2024, and each promotion's own rules.
- This site's explanations, which summarise those documents and point you back to them.
